Repairability index
The Repairability Index* aims to combat obsolescence by providing information on whether or not a product is repairable at the time of purchase, thereby extending its life and usefulness.
It is based on the following criteria: Availability of spare parts, availability of documentation, accessibility of after-sales service, ease of repair, price of spare parts.
Although our appliances are not subject to the obligation to display a reparability index, we adhere to this approach on a voluntary basis. We ensure continuous availability of spare parts for easy repair and efficient maintenance. What’s more, our after-sales service is always available to answer our customers’ needs and questions.
