Engineering Highlights
The system includes Evde-PR LED Wellglass luminaires, EJB 12/13 copper-free aluminium enclosures, SB junction boxes, and a QGENESIS panelboard, engineered to meet stringent Oil & Gas industry requirements.
Designed and developed by TECHNOR® engineers for an international EPC contractor, this solution ensures high reliability, operational safety, and long-term performance in harsh and classified environments.
Designed for operation in ATEX Zones 1, 2, 21, and 22, this solution integrates lighting, control, and power distribution into a compact, high-reliability system.
The panel incorporates MARECHAL® padlockable DECONTACTOR™ connectors for safe load disconnection, reduced maintenance time, and improved plant uptime.
The system includes the EVF-L Series luminaire (up to 13,065 lm, polycarbonate body with GRP end caps), SB junction boxes with DXN3 DECONTACTOR™ connectors (380–440 VAC), and EJB enclosure in stainless steel for the protection of electrical and control components in hazardous environments.
This fully integrated Ex-certified system includes EVF-P LED linear luminaires (up to 13,065 lm with low-copper aluminium end cups), EVDE LED visual signal lights (up to 100,000 hours maintenance-free operation), a QGENESIS local control panel for automation and interface management, and a reinforced EJB enclosure housing multiple certified components.
