Missions

Under the Marketing Manager’s authority, the Marketing product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Promoting our product offer according to the customers and targeted ranges,
  • Acting as an interface between product development and sales teams,
  • Carrying out marketing analyses: applications, market, competitors,
  • Defining the brand’s positioning as a niche player throughout our value chain,
  • Writing documentation and selling points for the marketing of products,
  • Using information from the CRM tool,
  • Developing a spirit of partnership with players in the industry,
  • Contributing to our sales volumes’ and market positions’ development.

Place of work

Saint-Maurice (France) with travels (customer visits, distributors, factory, trade fairs, etc.)

Profile

2/3 year degree in Marketing or Technical with specialization in Marketing

5 years’ similar experience in B to B imperatively, ideally in an industrial environment

Ability to analyze and synthesize, technical writing skills, autonomy, interpersonal skills are essential

IT skills (Office software, CRM)

Good level of English

Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to our business is a plus

Missions

Under the Benelux Country Manager’s authority, the Area Sales Engineer Netherlands will be responsible for:

  • Promoting, specifying and selling our products into various industries, through specification and by identifying new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets,
  • Managing both sales channels: direct sales and sales via disbributors,
  • Managing existing customers and providing close distributor field support,
  • Identifying projects and pursuing these to the specification stage and beyond to sales conversion in line with agreed annual sales targets,
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure cross territory projects are handled efficiently to final order placement,
  • Actively using, programing and reporting sales activities into our CRM software,
  • Reporting activity on a weekly basis to the Country Manager according to the internal rules.

Place of work

Home office based.

Frequent travels throughout the designated sales area with overnight stays as required. Attend regional sales meetings held in the Benelux. Ocassional travels to Europe.

Profile

Degree qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

Fluent in English, French appreciated.

A strong will in the sale of technical products.

A highly motivadted self-starter who has an excellent understanding of how to target the various industrial sectors of the Netherlands market.

Flexible, organized, with a pro-active approach, able to learn quickly and to understand the technical specifications of Marechal products and their applications.

MS office and CRM tools proficient.
